City of Charleston to Launch Financial Empowerment Center

The City of Charleston in collaboration with the national Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (CFE Fund) is hosting a ribbon-cutting for the grand opening of Charleston’s Financial Empowerment Center (FEC).
