CITY OF CHARLESTON LAUNCHES “OPERATION MOVE-OUT” TO REDUCE DOWNTOWN CLUTTER

The City of Charleston’s annual Operation Move-Out initiative will take place from July 31 through August 5, 2025 (with no work scheduled for Sunday, August 3), as students and tenants transition in and out of downtown rental properties.
